About the Course

This workshop focuses on helping anyone aged 50 and above to be equipped with the essentials to keep themselves healthy and fit. During the course, you will learn about the human body and common illnesses as well as how to reset the body to allow for self-healing and promote holistic wellness through health and fitness. By the end of the course, you will be able to pinpoint body areas/organs, prevent/manage/improve illnesses, reset the body through diet and adopt a daily fitness routine.

After taking the workshop, you will be able to:
- Able to accurately pin-point body area/organs
- Describe the causes of common illnesses among the elderly, and how to prevent/manage/improve on the conditions
- Able to ReSet the Body using Detox salad
